As Dragonborn, Vahl possess the ability to shout. Well you still got a pretty Dunmer follower who can shout, so that's something yea? If you have no idea who VenturianTale is. And so it was, the little Dunmer was made into a follower.
Little did he know, he was donating his much loved character to be immortalized as a follower.
In time, I managed to befriend them and was able to convince the eldest brother to donate a save of Vahl for the cause once his Let's Play had come to a conclusion. Far from lore-friendly, but I found it to be rather entertaining. Particularly, Vahl was the character of the eldest brother's Skyrim Let's Play "A Skyrim Tale". A group of four siblings who play random games and generally screw around. The concept of Vahl came from the mind of a youtube channel called "VenturianTale". Pay attention, she might teach you a thing or two. But whether she is credited or no, she's an adventurer through and through and she will aid you in your own adventures. A dimension where she still is Dragonborn, just not the Dragonborn that is credited with saving the world in it.
However one day, she woke up in another dimension. She has done her part in her dimension, she's killed Alduin, subdued Miraak and ended Harkon and his "Tyranny of the Sun" prophecy.
Vahl is like you (assuming you are Dragonborn). They speak the truth, but the sheer ridiculousness of their story have others believing that they are mad. They may be an alternate version of you and what you could've been, or they could simply be someone who walks the same path as you. A "Dimension-Walker" is someone who manages to transcend the fabrics of time and space into a parallel universe that is not their own either by choice or by some random twist of fate.
